• Map the current process before proposing a clever one
• Wire tools to the systems they already trust
• Coach operators until the agent is theirs, not ours
• Feed product the friction you cannot paper over on site

What you'll bring

• Delivery time in messy organisations, not only greenfield demos
• Enough engineering to change the product when the brief is wrong
• A calm presence when the first live run is ugly
