• Sit with users while agents are in the loop, then change the product
• Keep scope honest when the model wants to do everything
• Write the brief engineering can build without a second translation

• Shipped AI or platform products with real users, not only decks
• Comfort holding a no when the demo is prettier than the job
• Enough technical literacy to argue with engineers in their language

How we work: hybrid in Melbourne. Some customer weeks on site. Full-time.
