Build the agents operators rely on: tools, memory, and traces they can inspect when something goes sideways.
What you'll do
- Design tool graphs that fail closed instead of inventing an answer
- Add evaluations when a behaviour matters more than a vibe
- Pair with product on what the agent should refuse
- Keep prompts and tools in the same change as the product story
What you'll bring
- Production Python and a bias toward small, testable tools
- Time with LLM orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent)
- Patience for traces, retries, and the unglamorous last 20%
How we work: hybrid in Sydney / Melbourne. Full-time.
