Design and run employer-backed upskilling pathways for climate transition roles — from EV maintenance to building retrofit coordination. Partner with TAFE and community providers so under-represented candidates can move into durable green careers with clear progression.

What you'll do

• Build academy curricula with employers, not just training catalogues
• Open pathways with TAFE and community providers, including wrap-around support
• Measure completion, placement, and retention — especially for under-represented cohorts
• Feed what you learn back into hiring managers who still default to 'years of experience'

What you'll bring

• Experience designing workforce development, apprenticeships, or academy programmes
• A practical view of what keeps people in training when life gets messy
• Comfort holding employers to progression promises after the photo-op

How we work: hybrid in Adelaide. Training days and employer visits are on-site; curriculum and reporting can be remote.
