ESG disclosure & assurance liaison

Bridge People data and enterprise ESG reporting so workforce metrics can survive an assurance review. You will work with HR analytics and finance controllers on double materiality inputs, safe workforce analytics, and audit-friendly docs.

What you'll do

• Map workforce KPIs to disclosure packs (GRI, ISSB, and CSRD-style narratives)
• Stress-test people metrics with controllers before they reach an assurer
• Document methods, limitations, and access controls in plain language
• Spot gaps between what the organisation claims and what HR systems can prove

What you'll bring

• Hands-on time linking people analytics to non-financial reporting
• Respect for privacy, consent, and what should never go in a public filing
• Calm under review — you would rather flag a weak KPI than dress it up

How we work: remote-first from Sydney. Occasional workshops in client offices; no weekly commute expected.
