Help employers turn climate commitments into hiring programmes people can actually join. You will sit between People, sustainability, and operations teams — making flexible work, commuting, and progression feel fair and low-carbon.

What you'll do

  • Translate net-zero and DEI pledges into practical workforce and commuting plans
  • Advise on flexible-work design that cuts Scope 3 travel without stranding carers
  • Write stakeholder narratives that hold up in board packs and employee comms
  • Track a small set of measurable hiring, mobility, and inclusion outcomes

What you'll bring

  • Experience advising employers on sustainability or social-impact hiring
  • Comfort talking to HR, facilities, and finance in the same week
  • A bias for clear plans over slide-deck theatre

How we work: hybrid in Melbourne, with a couple of on-site days for workshops. You will partner across TalentCo clients rather than owning a single account.
