Northstar Renewables is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability programme and turn company commitments into practical action across our offices and project portfolio. You'll work with project, finance, procurement and operations teams to improve environmental and social performance, strengthen reporting, and help colleagues make informed decisions.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering the annual sustainability plan, managing greenhouse gas inventory, improving data collection and analysis, coordinating sustainability reporting, embedding sustainability into project planning and procurement, partnering with environmental and community engagement teams, and leading a small team.

We require at least five years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or related fields, with practical experience in greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability reporting. Leadership skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience is required.

We offer a salary of AUD $150,000-$180,000 plus superannuation, hybrid working arrangements, professional development allowance, paid volunteering and wellbeing leave days, and career development opportunities.
